If there is a disaster, primary concern is the safety of employees. Since the Bond Bank has very few visitors, access to telephone, internet and computers are the major concerns for continuing business. Each employee shall keep a copy of this policy offsite.
Computer Crash:
Computer programs and data are backed up, offsite, every night by IT Services. Copies of crucial documents related to bond sales are maintained by bond counsel, financial advisor, and trustee.

- Copier company may need to be called for service, if copier is moved
- Determine if DocStar Archival System needs to be moved and set up, may need to call company servicing system

- Post change of address on door, if possible
- Notify Bond Bank Board, Bond Counsel, Financial Advisor and Trustee of event and new location
- Assess damage and keep records for insurance claim
